Founded in 2010, desktop-specialists.com provides on-site technical support for personal computer users that includes; software installation and upgrades, creating and implementing backup strategies, identity protection, printer installation, peer to peer data access, virus/malware identification and removal, operating system upgrades, hardware upgrades, new computer purchase recommendations and removal of personal information from older out of use hardware prior to disposal.
We specialize in training seniors and making recommendations for hardware that gives sight or physically impaired individuals the ability of using their personal computers to maximum advantage. We are well versed in technical account management, problem resolution working with customers and help centers, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to listen to customers, understand their requirements and make recommendations on how best to fulfill those requirements.
We can also help our customers set up email access on their smart phones, tablets, readers and similar devices.
